Here is a rare picture of the BBC that Nomad had in his Cobra.

He actually reworked the head exhaust ports so he could screw the primary pipes into the head.

Well now I know why the Nomad designed headers never sold well.

You don't see it in this picture Dan, but where the collector would normally be there is a toilet. You just flushed that and you got the scavenging effect.

I still much prefer the old school look without those damn plastic covers to hide things.

No timing curve, just 38 deg fixed. Unknown power, unknown torque. Amazing comment from the builder/driver: While a 555cui tall deck (can't recall if they go as much as 4.5" stroke because the suspension is attached to the trans and the crank throws won't clear the sump/ground), the short deck version with a 4.25"crank (or whatever fits in) gives less total weight, and less spinning assembly weight to result in a faster car!

Turbo intakes for Can-Am, not much to see, but with the turbos in place the most beautiful engine ever!

That’s my friend Doug Campbell driving in the video. I met him at one of the first Cars and Coffee events ever assembled in the USA (Irvine, CA). He’s now a salesman for Hillbank/Superformance. Great guy and living the dream.

Refresh my memory on a 7.3 liter Godzilla V8. Is it based on a Ford 4-valve Modular motor?

I may be wrong on this but based on the pictures it looks like a GM LS engine.

And no matter what, it's ugly in my opinion.

I'm with you John. Maybe if it had a bunch of pretty turbo plumbing I could like it.
