I knew that you would. Trlingua Yellow was a well recognized color back in that area.

It appears the oil pan is about 2" off the pavement. Yikes! Otherwise a very handsome car.

Some are really low. That is why I have a skid plate that is in front of my road race oil pan and it curves around the front of the pan so it will take any impact if I hit something more than 2 1/2 inches high instead of the pan.

I think the low point seen is exhaust, not the pan.

I think there's a chance that the title on this photo may be incorrect

I wondered about that due to the oil cooler set up and no fan. And at first I thought it was polished aluminum but if you look closely you can see it is a light blue with a stripe.

Personally I just don't like the polished aluminum finish. It just screams, look at me. I have an aluminum body Cobra.

It sure looks like a 427 body: big rear fenders, big front fender flares and big grill opening with oil cooler fairing. Also, I think those areas that look like blue paint are reflecting the sky.

I like that somebody did this but I have to agree it is not a look I would want for myself. My tangerine car is about as wild as I am willing to go.

Of course talking about social subtitles when discussing a 427 cobra replica is a little like criticizing an exotic dancer who is clad only in a necklace because it is a flashy color.;)

The picture would have been better if I could have talked my senior bride into getting out of the car. It was a cold morning so she was not up to it. Well, she is old after all.

That is one of the best pictures that I have seen of your car Silver. Very nice and I like the background. Thanks for posting it.
