That must be a Jukebox Diner. There's one near me just like it. I don't recall the mural so I don't think it's the same location.
I cannot believe what I'm seeing.
That Cobra is suspended from a cable with bolt on clamps. Those things are not supposed to be used for overhead loads.
Good eye Silver, and they did not even install them correctly. They have one turned the wrong way.

Well that is sure different and it took a lot of work to get it that way.
